Quality Assurance

Our products are crafted with utmost care, using 100% natural, organic, and naturally dyed materials. You might notice some slubs, color variations, or weave differences, which are unique characteristics of our organic fabrics and should not be considered defects.

Easy Returns and Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange an item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting us at hello@mymomokos.com . You will receive a response within the next 24 working hours.

  • Exchange Policy: We offer the option to exchange the product for another item within our collections or receive a credit note equal to the purchase value, valid for 180 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Exchange & Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all packaging and tags intact. We cannot process exchanges or returns for laundered, damaged, or unpackaged items.

Return Process

  1. Pack the Item: Place the unused and unwashed items in the original packaging, including all papers and tags.
  2. Arrange Pick-Up: We will arrange a pick-up of the product delivered to you.
    • If pick-up is not available in your area, you will need to ship the product back to Momokos at your own risk, cost, and responsibility within 7 days of receipt.
  3. Document the Process: We recommend taking photos before and after repacking for your convenience.

Defective Products

In the rare event that you receive a defective product, we will issue a credit note after verifying the item at our warehouse.

Important Notes

  • Any concerns reported after 7 days of receipt will be challenging to address.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellations

You can request an order change or cancellation within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, once the order is confirmed, we are unable to process cancellations.
