Our products are crafted with utmost care, using 100% natural, organic, and naturally dyed materials. You might notice color variations, or weave differences, which are unique characteristics of our organic fabrics and should not be considered defects.

Easy Returns for Domestic Orders:

Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to assist you with an exchange for a different size or any other item in our collection, or provide a credit note equal to the purchase value (valid for 180 days), if you wish to return or exchange item/s from your order for valid reasons.

Easy Returns and Exchanges

  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us at hello@mymomokos.com for return or exchange request.
  • Once you inform us, you will need to ship the product back to us. Post your items along with the Returns/Exchange Form to the below address:

  • Please note that the shipping charges for returning the item will have to be borne by you.
  • It is your responsibility to use postage with a tracking option as we cannot take responsibility for parcels that do not arrive to us.
  • After we receive the product and it passes our quality check, your exchange request will be processed or a credit note will be issued.
  • We recommend taking photos/videos before and after repacking for your convenience.

Product Condition:

  1. Products to be returned or exchanged must be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and should retain the original tags.
  2. Items that have been laundered, damaged, or unpackaged will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  3. To initiate a return, please place the unused and unwashed items in the original packaging, including all papers and tags, and send it directly to us at the address provided above.

Defective Products

In the rare event that you receive a defective product, we will issue a credit note after verifying the item at our warehouse.

Receiving Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that does not match your purchase description or an item you did not order, we will arrange for the incorrect item to be picked up and ensure the correct item is sent to you promptly.

Colors

We strive to display product colors on our website as accurately as possible. However, the colors you see may vary slightly from the actual product due to differences in monitor settings and display types.

Non-Returnable Items

  • No returns or exchanges will be possible for following scenarios:
      • For change of mind.
      • Items purchased on sale.
      • Items bought in exhibitions or pop-ups.
      • Those that are limited editions.

Important Notes

  • Any concerns reported after 7 days of receipt will be challenging to address.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellations

You can request an order change or cancellation within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, once the order is confirmed, we are unable to process cancellations.
